The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Headquarters, Space Technology Mission Directorate (STMD) will be releasing an Umbrella NASA Research Announcement (NRA) titled “Space Technology Research, Development, Demonstration, and Infusion-2026 (SpaceTech-REDDI-2026)” on or about December 9, 2025. The solicitation is available by opening the NSPIRES homepage at https://nspires.nasaprs.com/ , selecting “Open” under "Solicitations," and searching "Space Technology Research, Development, Demonstration, and Infusion-2026 (SpaceTech-REDDI-2026)" un- der Solicitation #/Keyword(s). Proposals will be solicited through Appendices issued under this Umbrella SpaceTech-REDDI-2026 Solicitation, as technology topics are defined and funding is made available. See STMD Solicitations and Opportunities ( https://www.nasa.gov/stmd-solicitations-and-opportunities/ ) for anticipated releases. Once new Appendices are released, interested parties will be able to access the Appendices by selecting “Open” under "Solicitations," and searching “SpaceTech- REDDI-2026” in the “Solicitation #/ Keyword(s)” search area, and then selecting “List of Open Program Elements”. It is anticipated that this Umbrella NRA Solicitation (SpaceTech-REDDI-2026) will be open for one year and Umbrella SpaceTech-REDDI Solicitations will be issued annually. NASA STMD leads the development, demonstration, and infusion of transformational space technologies that solve critical stakeholder needs. As the tech base for civil space, STMD advances technology to sup- port future NASA, other government, and commercial missions. STMD investments aim to (1) advance U.S. space technology innovation and competitiveness in a global context, (2) encourage technology driven economic growth with an emphasis on the expanding space economy, and (3) inspire and develop a powerful U.S. aerospace technology community. STMD bolsters and funds ideas from entrepreneurs, researchers, and innovators across the country. Space technology research and development occurs at NASA centers, universi- ties, national labs, and small businesses. Interested proposers should monitor the NSPIRES website. NASA Headquarters maintains an electronic notification system to alert interested parties of program announcements, including solicitations and associated amendments. Subscription to this service is free to all registered users of NSPIRES at https://nspires.nasaprs.com . Who can apply
To the greatest extent practicable, participation will be open to all categories of U.S. and non-U.S. organizations, including educational, industry, nonprofit institutions, Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDCs), University Affiliated Research Centers (UARCs), NASA Centers, the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), and other Government agencies. However, per GCAM 4.0, NASA Centers, NASA civil servants, facilities, and JPL may not be recipients of a NASA grant, cooperative agreement, or subaward from a NASA grant or cooperative agreement recipient. Individual Appendices may identify specific eligibility limitations that apply to that relevant opportunity.

This is a notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) for the BJA FY2026 Harold Rogers Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP). This opportunity seeks to enhance the capacity of regulatory and law enforcement agencies and public health officials to collect and analyze controlled substance prescription data and other scheduled chemical products through a centralized database administered by an authorized agency. PDMPs help state and local governments to detect and prevent the diversion and abuse of pharmaceutically controlled substances such as opioids and other prescription drugs. The primary function of a PDMP is to facilitate the collection, analysis, and reporting of information on the prescribing, dispensing, and use of prescription drugs with a state, commonwealth, district, or territory. The goal of the Harold Rogers PDMP is to strengthen states’ and territories’ ability to maintain and enhance their existing PDMPs by accommodating local decision-making based on state laws and preferences and replicating promising practices. As part of supporting the enhancement of PDMPs, the Harold Rogers PDMP supports the integration of PDMP data with health information exchanges, electronic health records, or pharmacy dispensing systems, including engaging with tribal entities and rural areas where integration rates may be lower. This program helps to break the cycle of drug addiction and violence by reducing the demand, use, and the illegal trafficking of controlled substances.

FY27 Brownfields Job Training (JT) Grants

This notice announces the availability of funds and solicits applications from eligible entities to deliver Brownfields Job Training programs that recruit, train, and place local, unemployed, and underemployed residents with the skills needed to secure full-time employment in the environmental field. Brownfields Job Training Grants fund training programs that strengthen local workforces by preparing program graduates for environmental jobs that support cleanup and revitalization efforts in their own communities. Training may include a range of brownfield-related environmental skills such as the assessment and cleanup of solid and hazardous waste; chemical risk management; stormwater management relating to site cleanup; planning and site preparation for low-impact development activities; site preparation for green infrastructure installation; and vulnerability assessment and contamination mitigation planning. Please carefully review Section 4.E. of these guidelines, Section IV of EPA NOFO Clauses, and the Frequently Asked Questions, which can be found at https://www.epa.gov/brownfields/frequently-asked-questions-about-brownfields-job-training-jt-grants. A checklist of required application forms and documents is in Section 4.A. For the purposes of these guidelines, the term “grant” refers to the cooperative agreement that EPA will award to a successful applicant. Summary: The fiscal year 2026 (FY26) Alzheimer’s Research Program (AZRP) Transforming Research Award (TrRA) supports non-incremental, robust, well-designed research that drives transformative advancements in reducing risk and preventing the development of Alzheimer’s disease and/or Alzheimer's disease related dementias (AD/ADRD). Distinctive Features: • Applications must address at least one of the following focus areas: ○ Risk Factor Knowledge: Research that advances understanding, identification, and/or validation of risk and/or protective factors, with research outcomes/products focused on accelerating solutions. Projects may include, but are not limited to, research on environmental, epigenetic, genetic, lifestyle, occupational, or other risks not listed here. ○ Risk Reduction Solutions: Research that describes methods, technologies, and strategies that contribute to reducing risk and preventing AD/ADRD. • Clinical research is allowed, however clinical trials and animal research are prohibited. • Preliminary data are required. • Community collaboration is required for research prospectively enrolling human subjects. • Career Initiation or Transition (CIT) Partnership Option: The TrRA includes an option for more than one PI and supports both new and existing collaborative partnerships.
