This is an Annual Program Statement, outlining our funding priorities, the strategic themes we focus on, and the procedures for submitting requests for funding. Purpose of Small Grants: The Austrian-American Partnership Fund (AAPF) is organized to fund projects advancing collaboration and dialogue and expand cooperation between Austria and the United States. AAPF accepts applications for funding for innovative projects that seek to bring American perspectives to Austria or connect Americans and Austrians in the following priority areas: • Promote understanding of U.S. global foreign policy and economic priorities and interests among Austrian publics, particularly young people, and support U.S.-Austrian initiatives that advance these priorities. • Contribute to strengthening U.S.-Austria efforts to combat shared transnational threats, such as terrorism, illegal migration, antisemitism, or drug trafficking. • Enhance understanding of the United States and U.S.-Austrian shared history and celebrate American arts, film, sports, and music, particularly among youth, including in connection with America’s 250th anniversary in 2026. • Highlight American technological and scientific innovation and economic dynamism and create opportunities for U.S.-Austria collaboration in these fields. Proposals will be considered on a rolling basis and subject to the availability of Public Diplomacy funds for Fiscal Year 2026. The selection process can take up to two - three months. ELIGIBILITY The Public Diplomacy Section encourages applications from Austria, European or, U.S.-based organizations and individuals with proven experience of executing programs. Proposals that demonstrate the long-term sustainability of the proposed project will receive priority. The following organizations are eligible to apply: • Not-for-profit organizations, including think tanks and civil society/non-governmental organizations • Public and private educational institutions • Individuals

This notice announces the availability of funds and solicits applications from eligible entities to deliver Brownfields Job Training programs that recruit, train, and place local, unemployed, and underemployed residents with the skills needed to secure full-time employment in the environmental field. Brownfields Job Training Grants fund training programs that strengthen local workforces by preparing program graduates for environmental jobs that support cleanup and revitalization efforts in their own communities. Training may include a range of brownfield-related environmental skills such as the assessment and cleanup of solid and hazardous waste; chemical risk management; stormwater management relating to site cleanup; planning and site preparation for low-impact development activities; site preparation for green infrastructure installation; and vulnerability assessment and contamination mitigation planning. Please carefully review Section 4.E. of these guidelines, Section IV of EPA NOFO Clauses, and the Frequently Asked Questions, which can be found at https://www.epa.gov/brownfields/frequently-asked-questions-about-brownfields-job-training-jt-grants. A checklist of required application forms and documents is in Section 4.A. For the purposes of these guidelines, the term “grant” refers to the cooperative agreement that EPA will award to a successful applicant. In this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), “Project” refers to the applicant’s proposed Brownfields Job Training effort to be funded under this competition. Summary: The fiscal year 2026 (FY26) Alzheimer’s Research Program (AZRP) Transforming Research Award (TrRA) supports non-incremental, robust, well-designed research that drives transformative advancements in reducing risk and preventing the development of Alzheimer’s disease and/or Alzheimer's disease related dementias (AD/ADRD). Distinctive Features: • Applications must address at least one of the following focus areas: ○ Risk Factor Knowledge: Research that advances understanding, identification, and/or validation of risk and/or protective factors, with research outcomes/products focused on accelerating solutions. Projects may include, but are not limited to, research on environmental, epigenetic, genetic, lifestyle, occupational, or other risks not listed here. ○ Risk Reduction Solutions: Research that describes methods, technologies, and strategies that contribute to reducing risk and preventing AD/ADRD. • Clinical research is allowed, however clinical trials and animal research are prohibited. • Preliminary data are required. • Community collaboration is required for research prospectively enrolling human subjects. • Career Initiation or Transition (CIT) Partnership Option: The TrRA includes an option for more than one PI and supports both new and existing collaborative partnerships. BJA FY 2026 Second Chance Act Family-Based Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program

This is a notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) for the BJA FY 2026 Second Chance Act Family-Based Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program. This opportunity will provide treatment and recovery support services to parents with substance use disorders (SUD) who have minor children or are pregnant and are under correctional control in a facility or community-based setting. State, local, and tribal governments and nonprofit organizations may apply for funding to provide family-based SUD treatment programs in jail, in prison, or as part of an alternative to incarceration to reduce recidivism and improve reentry and other related outcomes for the parent and for their children. State, local, and tribal governments must apply for funding under Category 1 and nonprofit organizations and faith-based organizations must apply for funding under Category 2.
